My stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms, though small for single occupancy, were tastefully decorated and spotless, perfect for my business trip needs. The staff members were incredibly thoughtful and took care of my luggage with a smile. The location was just around the corner from Shepherd Bush tube station and the Westfield Shopping centre, making it super convenient. However, the thin walls made it possible to hear noises from neighboring rooms, slightly impacting privacy.

I had a delightful stay at W12 rooms with friendly staff who even allowed me to freshen up in a room upon arrival before checking in. However, the rooms were exceptionally noisy, and cleanliness could be improved as I noticed a few tiny bugs on the bed and by the tea making facilities.
